Empiriska studier visar att KBT inte fungerar - äntligen är det bevisat!!!   

Jag har länge ansett att det inte gör det - och ja, jag har provat själv, och det gjorde att jag ännu mer förkastade idén att KBT skulle fungera.

Och TÄNK bara på alla skådespelare som har rampfeber! KBT:arna menar att om man exponerar sig för det man är rädd för så ska rädslan minska. Hur kan det då komma sig att dessa skådespelare - samma sak i musikbranschen för den delen - med åren bara får svårare och svårare att gå ut på scenen??? Jag bara undrar...

Jag kunde inte ha sagt det bättre själv än vad Victoria Reeve gjorde på Neale Donald Walsch's blogg, som svar på hans fråga om vi bör prata om jobbiga saker eller inte. Lysande! Det behövs en balans mellan ljus och mörker - tänk yin och yang...

"I would LOVE to be able to live in the airy fairy ‘love and light’ fantasy world 24/7 – so much less responsibility! But the love and light world we are hoping for will never become a reality if that is all any of us did. Magical thinking accomplishes nothing. Cruelty and injustices are never made right by the airy-fairy crowd, and just wishing it so and pretending that something that is not, is – without an accopanying action – has never changed a molecule of reality. The bottom line is that the “let’s pretend that it already is” approach cannot possibly work with humans, simply because an individual’s unconscious always knows when the truth is being dressed up in a costume of peace and light. The unconcious has more integrity than the ego and will act on it’s beliefs, not on those of the ego. Acknowledging what needs to be changed and then finding positive approaches to achieve those changes for the betterment of our world – that, to me, is a spiritual approach. Turning away and pretending that hardships, cruelty, illness and injustice don’t exist is not spiritual – it accomplishes nothing, other than to give them the freedom to proliferate."
